We are super exited to be bring this event to our festival. We are partnering with the American Medieval Combat Federation to bring you a Chapter Match tournament. Our friends from the Twin Cities Wyverns will be battling against the Wisconsin Iron Stags in an epic border battle.
This is a fully sanctioned match that follows the American Medieval Combat Federation rules and regulations. The American Medieval Combat Federation is one of the major leagues that oversee international rankings, rules, and regulations for the sport.
Each team will bring a squad of 10 fighters plus a couple for support, and another 10 or so for support staff. This is MN's best vs WI's best in group melees and 1 on 1 duels.
This is a live combat sport like boxing or MMA with strict rules, international rankings, and nothing is scripted. There is physical risk to those that compete because they use real weapons. Especially with a competitive setting like this, injuries can happen. You do not want to miss out on this event!
